Paramarsh provides Vedic astrology and divination tools — calculations, calendars, and AI-assisted insight. The service is provided "as is" and is for informational and reflective purposes, not professional advice.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Pricing and limits may change with reasonable notice. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
5. Acceptable use
- No abuse, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No unlawful or harmful content.
- No automated access outside documented APIs.
- Respect the intellectual property of Paramarsh and third parties.
6. Intellectual property
All website/app content and branding belong to Paramarsh or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Paramarsh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page with a new effective date.
